Tennis store

My experience started with a phone call inquiry about heat moulding my snowboard boots. To which the employee stated that you guys in fact offer heat moulding services for snowboard boots but it’s a little busy right now so I’d probably end up waiting around so I thought maybe I’ll come when google says the traffic is least busy which is an hour before closing. I show up and hand my boots to two teenagers they open the box up and look perplexed until an adult comes around the corner. The kids throw my boot to him and say “hey do you know how to heat mold these” to which the guy replies “sorry but it’s too late for us to do this, could you come back tomorrow?” at this point I waited until my next day off to try this again BUT at a more suitable time for your staff. I come back 7 days later between 12-3 pm with maybe 1 customer in the store. I attempt a THIRD TIME to buy services from this establishment. An adult appears and looks at my boots and exclaims, “you have to go to a burton dealer as they have there fancy boot oven” to which I ask I’m genuine shock where can I find a button dealer and the reply was Top of the World which is all the way downtown. *side note they had the same heat moulding equipment you guys do no special oven*I deleted my initial bad review as I thought it wasnt fair but after my third unsuccessful attempt and being told I have to drive DOWNTOWN instead of in my area. The best part is they heat moulded my boots for half the quoted cost by your teenage staff. Thank you for wasting my time and directing me to a retail establishment that would actually assist me in paying for services.I’m giving this review as you guys do sell items and services to some people at certain times.

Bought volleyball shoes for my husband here today. Great selection of tennis/badminton/athletic gear!The staff was very patient and helpful when I spoke with him on the phone.The owner helped me in the store and was very knowledgeable about shoes and racket grips. Highly recommend!

I was able to exchange a pair of shoes I got as a gift and Katie made the process super easy and made sure the shoes fit perfectly. She was very nice and informative, as a badminton coach herself, and I never felt rushed. The store's stock was also very abundant and I will definitely be back for all my badminton needs.

Tennis Geant was very patient helping me choose a new raquet. They allowed me to test several demos on their indoor court w their ball machine, and helped me narrow it down to a Pure Strike. Alex did a great job of stringing it on the spot (and quickly) so I could take it with me for my next session. All in all, I couldn’t imagine buying a racquet anywhere else. Thanks again

A good place for your racquet sports needs. Service was very knowledgable and helpful. They had a good inventory of shoes that I needed so I was able to try on a couple sizes to get the best fit.

I am a regular with Decathalon but this store at Scarborough Town centre is extra special. The staff takes the top spot in customer handling. I wanted an exchange and the 2 young ladies in the store Adeline and Puja were at their best to ensure that I get the merchandise I wanted. This level of service is unmatched and the reason you have loyal customers for life.

I was looking for a place where I could try a variety of new golf drivers, to replace my 15 year old Titleist. I was very pleased with the experience at the Alpine Shop! The 1 hour fitting had me try four different brands, and then go on to try 3 or 4 shaft varieties. James was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Trackman simulator allowed for great objective feedback. Smart program to allow for the fitting fee to go toward the purchase of a new driver. My new Callaway Rogue has been a great investment as I try to put that little ball in the hole in as few strokes possible! Thank you.
